As a Senior Event Manager for Rose Quarter facilities, you will lead the planning and execution of diverse events. Your primary role will be to serve as the main point of contact for clients and bridge communication between facility users and the arena staff. Your responsibilities will encompass ensuring successful event delivery from conception to post-event evaluation.

As our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Manager, you’ll support in designing and driving creative ways to retain, develop and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across all areas of the organization. A significant part of the role is to promote and support the development of training programs to enhance employee understanding of diversity, equity and inclusion. You will plan and coordinate projects, working effectively across teams to align diversity and inclusion efforts with organizational goals.
This role is an on-site position. Currently, the Portland Trail Blazers work in a hybrid environment, with three days in the office and two days remote.

As our Full TimeFacility Security Agent- Swing, you will provide protection for all Rose Quarter facilities, property, employees, and guests through observation, monitoring of alarm systems, CCTV systems and access systems. This role is key in supporting our operational value around our dedication to safety with an emphasis on providing a safe and lively environment, not only for all of our guests, but also for all of our team members.
SCHEDULE: Full-time security agents work 4 (10 hour) shifts a week, hours for these roles are as follows:
- Swing Shift (2PM - 12AM)

As our Facility Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing a safe and enjoyable environment for employees and guests. You are directly responsible for managing agents on shift and ensures that they have appropriate knowledge and tools, through training and mentor. You are also responsible for providing protection for the Rose Quarter Campus, employees and property through patrolling, active monitoring of alarm systems, CCTV and access control systems.
SCHEDULE: Full-time security agents work 4 (10 hour) shifts a week, hours for this roles are as follows:

As our PART-TIMEBUILDING ENGINEER (Engineer I or II), you will operate, maintain and repair systems throughout the Rose Quarter related to HVAC, electrical and plumbing. You'll assist with event set-up, keeping up-to-date records of equipment operations, maintain safety equipment, and other repairs as needed.
***The hourly rate for the Engineer I role with LME is: $40.97/hr
***The hourly rate for the Engineer II role with-out LME is: $35.40/hr

The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for mentoring and development of our staff, so they are prepared to step into a position with increased responsibility. Assist and advise the Ticket Sales and Service function in staff training and development opportunities.

As our Environmental Services Event Crew, you contribute to an outstanding fan experience by maintaining a clean and safe environment during Trail Blazer games, concerts, and the wide variety of events that come through our campus. Your daily tasks and responsibilities will include communicating and responding via radio, cleaning surfaces, and detailing and sanitizing public areas.

Whether our guests are attending a game to see their favorite player on the court or their favorite artist Illuminate the stage, as our Motion Graphics/Digital AssetSpecialist, you play a key role in crafting engaging and outstanding content for the Rose Quarter digital signage network that would include our concourse, in-arena, outdoor stanchions and other places where signage is displayed.
For this role, we require motion graphic design experience and an integrated perspective to assist in developing concepts, storyboarding and providing an overview of pre-production content used throughout the building.

Special emphasis on facilitating and promoting the sale of group packages. Our Group Sales Account Executive will also provide the best customer service available for clients – existing ticket holders, prospects, and single game clients. As well as support all Ticket Sales function.

As our Night Compactor, you will be fundamental in our responsibility to sustainable practices and maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests, fans, and employees by sorting recyclable, compostable, and landfill items after daily operations and events.

As our OvernightConversion supervisor, you will perform nightly changeover of multiple sports arenas (i.e., setting basketball floor, setting hockey dashers and making ice, building stages, installing seats, setting rooms). You will also supervise crew members in the conversion of the buildings from one event to another along with the install and removal of retractable seating from the arena sets.
