Whether our guests are attending a game to see their favorite player on the court or their favorite artist Illuminate the stage, as our Group Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for soliciting appointments with provided leads in specified territories in order to sell full season, half-season, mini packages, and group packages to Portland/Vancouver area businesses, organizations and individuals. Special emphasis on facilitating and promoting the sale of group packages.  Our Group Sales Account Executive will also provide the best customer service available for clients – existing ticket holders, prospects, and single game clients. As well as support all Ticket Sales function.

DAY-TO-DAY: 

  • Call new contacts to sell full season, half season and group packages.
  • Work with current accounts to service, alter and satisfy their ticket needs.
  • Prospect for new clients.
  • Utilize analytics to cultivate leads, set appointments and make sales calls.
  • Responsible for achieving individual and departmental goals.
  • Establish relationships and work closely with internal stakeholders such as Ticket Operations, Game Operations, Fan and Brand Development and Building Operations.
  • Execute fan experience during games.

WE’D LIKE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university;  or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of experience within sales, preferably within ticket sales.
  • Are experienced with Arctics (Ticketmaster), is preferred.
  • Have prior experience with a CRM system, is preferred.
  • Have strong customer service skills.
  • Are able to problem solve and deliver real-time solutions.
  • Strong skill set within negotiating.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Are able to work a flexible schedule, including working during nights and weekends.
