Night Compactor - Housekeeping - Part Time

As our Night Compactor, you will be fundamental in our responsibility to sustainable practices and maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests, fans, and employees by sorting recyclable, compostable, and landfill items after daily operations and events.

DAY-TO-DAY: 

• Operating compacting machinery, coordinating waste and recyclable operations.
• Sorting landfill, recyclable, and compostable items.
• Cleaning and sanitizing garbage cans and gondolas.
• Maintaining and cleaning equipment and workspaces daily.
• Performing miscellaneous tasks to assist in preparation for events.
• Responding to radio calls in a timely manner.
• Other duties as assigned.

WE’D LIKE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU:

• You are a minimum of 18 years old.
• Experience in a similar role in graveyard or task-based function, preferred.
• The ability to work late and overnight with a graveyard work schedule.
• You must be able to understand and communicate conversational English, including following verbal and written direction.
• You must be available and able to work late and night and overnight after events and daily operations.
• You demonstrate effective interpersonal and oral communication skills.
• You can bend, reach, and hold equipment frequently.
• You can be on your feet and moving for several hours at a time with 75% standing or walking and 25% lifting and carrying.
• You can lift 50 pounds regularly, lifting and transporting fully loaded gondolas (70-100 pounds).
• You demonstrate safe work habits and proper body mechanics when lifting or moving heavy objects.
• The ability to rotate duties as needed and perform other reasonable job-related duties.
